Royal & Langnickel A3 Pink Artist Portfolio Case Only one star because you have to fill the space and there is no option for a negative!I bought this for my daughter as she liked the idea of being able to pick it out in the classroom easily. We fitted the shoulder strap to make it easier for her to carry along with all her other bags, but the strap connection on the case broke before she had even left the house! The metal pin was deformed and not holding the strap once there was any weight added.Hoping this was a one of, we returned and replaced it and were pleased that the process was easier than expected. The second one went off to school..... Once!....... and came home broken in exactly the same way.I asked Amazon if they could let me know if all their stock was from the same batch in the hope that it was a batch problem rather than shoddy quality. Thats where it ended! ....... Amazon obviously have, as all companies do, a stock of standard reply letters...I have given up on No2 standard letter fob off!... In which they explained, Again! that I could return the item free of charge for a full blah blah blah credit! It is obvious at this stage that should I continue to pursue this I would be subjected to more of these empty correspondences until I stopped bothering them. These standard letters are an excellent tool that were introduced many years ago. Unfortunately the judgement needed to decide when to use them and when to inject a more personal approach has been lost and it seems to me that staff no longer take the time to make that choice.I too have better things to do with my time! I am returning this item for credit but I am buying the replacement elsewhere.

Great size, looks strong, big enough to fit in A3 pad (50 sheets of 170gsm paper, spiral bound, with hard covers). I would had given 5 stars, but arrived slightly dirty or dusty on the outer cover, inside and loads on the strap. It looks cosmetic, so I haven't reported it to the seller, but from the other reviews, I'm not the only one. Dear seller, please plastic wrap these in storage.

Product is great, I use it for taking my a level art to and from school, before I had to put it all in a plastic bag, however this is much safer.I had seen cases like this in black, and I was so thrilled when I saw this in pink, mine is instantly recognisable in the classroom, the shoulder strap also works great, I had read some reviews criticising the shoulder strap, but mine is perfect, it also has two plastic handles which have been ergonomically moulded for your hands to make lifting it less strenuous.Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs somewhere for their art stuff and wants something different and quirky.

Bought this for my granddaughter fro Christmas , has a lovely long strap the caseing is good quality and am very pleased with it ,i would have given it a 5 star except for the way handle looks (looks very plastic y) allthough it is firm and easy to hold

There is nothing about this product that I dislike. I bought it specifically to store completed diamond painting projects in. It is entirely suitable for this purpose and I would definitely buy it again. Very delighted with this product.

Outstanding value, very feminine looking but sturdy too. I bought this for my daughter as her first portfolio case. The size is just right now, but she will rapidly need a larger one as she has virtually filled this one up. It's a very pretty portfolio case with a surprisingly sturdy long strap and substantial dividers and pockets built-in. As you would expect from Royal & Langnickel........great value and quality product. I can find nothing to fault this at all.

Bought this for my 14 year old daughter who has just chosen to take fine art as 1 of her GCSE options. She is constantly painting and sketching and her beautiful drawings were getting a bit dog eared left lying around the house, so this portfolio case is perfect for storage. She can also easily take her work into school as it is easy to carry and very lightweight. Also colour a nice change from black. Looked at quite a few portfolio cases before choosing this one, definantly glad I did. Would recommend.
