Amazon Brand - Solimo Stainless Steel Dish Drainer with Drain Tray + Cutlery Stand | for Kitchen Utensils | Drying Rack Stand | 55.7D x 37.5W x 24.5H Cm | Silver & Black

Good size, quality, ergonomic design, trendy looking. Good attachments, and value for money. To me it’s highly useful, will update rust resistance soon.

Packaging was bad but product is good.

Perfectly made with square net, the water tray is very useful, durable, good buy

The product itself seems okay. Only issues I have are incorrect size and the rubber cover/foot for one of the legs being missing. I earlier had a black powder-coated drainer that developed stains with time, so opted for a stainless-steel version this time. I hope the stainless steel on this product will be more resistant to staining, but only time will tell. Will update the review if it doesn't hold up with regular use. The dimensions advertised on Amazon: 55.7D x 37.5W x 24.5H cm. However, the actual product delivered to me is smaller than that : 49D x 27W x 25H cm. The packaging itself mentions the same larger dimensions shown on the Amazon listing, while the actual product inside the package does not match those dimensions. Additionally, the experience with Amazon Customer Support was equally disappointing. I contacted them expecting Amazon to take ownership of an issue involving a product sold through their platform. Instead, I was simply told to contact the seller directly and resolve the matter myself. As I need to use the product urgently, I was willing to keep the smaller product and asked Amazon to determine the appropriate price for the smaller version based on their own records/research and refund me the difference. They did not provide any meaningful resolution or even tell me what the appropriate price difference would be. Just that the "system" doesn't allow them to help with this. So, after receiving a product that does not match the advertised dimensions, I am apparently expected to chase the seller myself to resolve the discrepancy. Attached the photographs showing the actual measurements of the product received. Overall, the product itself appears decent, and I would have had a much more positive impression if I had received the size I actually ordered and all the parts were present. My poor rating is primarily because of the incorrect/misleading dimensions, the missing rubber foot, and Amazon Customer Support passing the responsibility back to me instead of providing a proper resolution.

Good quality. Utility product

One of the legs is bent/out of shape. Additionally, the rubber tips on three of the four legs are missing. Therefore, we request a replacement unit.

Useful 👍 Drain rack ensures no water spillage Wish it had more sturdiness! The plastic bushes at the 4 corners were missing when arrived

Just OK
