I just wish there were a greater variety of flavors but I really like the coconut berry. This is my third purchase of this product.I didn't rate the ingredient quality as I really don't know.

I like the flavor of the strawberry lemon twist. It’s tart and sweet, and is a great way to hydrate before or after a workout. It’s loaded with electrolytes and is a better option than just water alone.I like to put a scoop into a bottled water, and then shake it really well to get it to mix. It remains a little grainy if you don’t shake it well enough, and I’ve gotten into the habit of shaking it before each sip so I don’t end up with a bunch of sentiment at the bottom. Works well for hydration and seems to give me a boost of energy to keep me going.

I am one who likes to exercise regularly. With this said, I keep my health in mind, so I am mindful of the things that I put into my body. After looking over this electrolyte and immunity supplement, I knew that it fit my needs quite well, so I ordered it to try it out for myself. I will be going over what I like and dislike about this specific drink supplement.Firstly, I always appreciate when powder supplements include a scoop to help measure a serving. Surely enough, Sunwarrior included their own scoop with this product, and one scoop is equal to one serving. Simple enough. Most importantly to me, however, are two factors: taste and ingredients. I find that this product delivers well on the ingredients side of things, but not as much on the taste sector. With the ingredients, this powder has high amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and Magnesium (at 100%, 500%, and 24% daily value, respectively). Also, it has no added sugar, which is great. Added sugar is often a dealbreaker for me, as I avoid added sugar in my diet. It also has electrolytes, which I appreciate to restore myself, and "Eldermune," which I am rather unfamiliar with, but which seems beneficial.Now onto the downsides of this product. My biggest flaw with this product is that it seems to remain clumpy after trying to mix it. As a powder, it is meant to easily dissolve into water to be easily drinkable. This powder, however, had a significant amount stick to the bottom of my bottle, even after multiple shakings. This made clean up of the bottle rather difficult, and the smell of the drink lingered in the bottle even after rinsing out multiple times. Also, I am not the biggest fan of this specific taste; to me, it doesn't taste much like coconut. It has an okay taste, but it is too sweet for me personally. Also, the powder is rather expensive, at about $35 at the time of writing (over $1 per serving).Overall, this is a quality electrolyte/immunity powder that I plan on using on some of my exercise days. I appreciate the high quality ingredients and benefits of this powder, as the nutrients/minerals speak for themselves. As I have had difficulties with mixing and with this specific flavor, and as this powder is rather expensive, I will give this product 4 stars.

I received the Coconut Berry flavor to review and really like the flavor. I mix with my 40 ounces of water to start the day and it helps me stay hydrated as well as give me a nice energy boost. I love that the ingredients also help my immune system stay healthier that has been a huge need since having to go back into the office. I would purchase this product again!

This set of ingredients is very helpful to me, someone who works a laborious job but also wants to exercise. It takes a lot of energy, and some days I'm not up for it. With this stuff, though, I've found that it really helps me get through those extra bursts of needed energy.As other reviewers have pointed out, this stuff tends to be a bit stubborn when it comes to mixing it into your liquid of choice. However, I've found that adding a little at a time while stirring seems to help a bit. It's still not a perfect process, but it's better than what others are describing.The flavor is good. I like a sweet drink, so this fits me well.

Does not dissolve well and taste is only tolerable ….

I am not good about drinking enough water so I often get dehydrated. I have found that hydration drinks help me. I seem to be the odd person out on this drink. I had no issues with clumping, dissolving or mixing well. I mix one scoop with about 10 ounces of water. The taste is ok. It has some sweetness but it isn't cloyingly sweet. I can taste a hint of the coconut and it's not super salty. I like the additional ingredients not just the ingredients that are specific for hydration. I feel good when I drink this.
