I'm 32, male and healthy. I've had issues with my mood and energy level for years. I wanted to try this just to see what kind of difference it makes, while not changing any other part of my diet. Natural supplements effect everyone differently. So if this doesn't work for you, I'm sorry. This really is a great product. I started out with 1 pill for a couple days, went to two for a few days and took 3 or 4 daily until I ran out. I'm ordering more right now! It does everything it advertises. I did experience a bit of insomnia for about a week or so. It's a known side effect. I was going to stop taking it, but decided to push through, as I've read that it will normalize once you get past the insomnia. And, I felt absolutely wonderful. The energy it gave me was surprising. It was almost like it turned a switch on inside me that made me exercise every day. Love it. If you want to get in shape, this is definitely for you. It will lift the fog out of your head and give you a positive outlook on everything. Mood enhancer for sure. And yes, it will certainly increase your libido!!

I was pretty sensitive to this product and can only take one cap a day. I still have mild side effects, but I had to weigh risk/benefit

Maca has helped me weather the ups-and-downs of menopause. I have taken it for years. I've never experienced any hot flashes, night sweats, etc. I attribute this to consistently using Maca. A tricky part of life is balancing our hormones, Maca really helps with this as well as giving one more energy and increased libido. Maca is one supplement I would never be without. This is the only brand I will go to for Maca. I've consistently gotten great results for increased libido, energy and hormonal balance. I've used the powder which can be hard to find a good way to mask the earthy taste of this peruvian root. So capsules are worth it for me. Man or woman young, old everyone can benefit from this supplement. I've had to gradually increase my daily dose since I started over a year ago. today I take 5-6 capsules of this daily i love it.

I love this product. I've been through a few natural products that worked for a little while but then right back to the Hot Flashes and Night Sweats. This product has been working for me for a while now. I will say it took me on my second bottle for it to kick in, but I think I was not taking the right dose. I'm happy to say Hot Flash and Night Sweats are no more. What a relief. I was buying the product from another site, so when I saw it was on Amazon I was so happy.

Okay I'm 34 and had a full hysterectomy with a full oopherectomy. I was thrown into full blown menopause. I tried everything. HRT patches made me gain 60 pounds in a year. Estroven did nothing for the horrible sweats. As a last ditch effort I ordered this and let me tell y'all it works. I still get the occasional night sweat but otherwise I feel like I finally got my body back under control from the pause.
