Product came in, good condition. The instructions were clear, making the swap of batteries easy. As the hardware is still viable, my wife did not want to swap to a new computer so she is very happy that the life of her current laptop can be extended.

Works great with my Lenovo Yoga C740-15IML. Customer service is responsive and helpful. I do have the same note as some other reviewers, that not all the screw holes line up. But, I simply left off the screws that didn't align and saved them in a bag and just used the two screws that did align and I haven't had any issues. Glad this came with the tools needed to complete the process.

I purchased a brand new Lenovo Yoga 9i in August 2021, but the original battery died on me in October 2023. So I ordered a replacement battery (L19C4PH2) from this seller on October 31st 2023, and received it a few days later (in November). By Fabruary of 2024, my Yoga 9i would suddenly shutdown even though the battery seemed to have 75% or even 80% left. I immediately tried to contact this seller, but got no response. Summer of 2024, my Yoga 9I would frequently shut down on the same battery issue. But still no reponse from seller. I guess there will never be one year warranty from this seller for my battery. And I will never buy another product from this seller again.

It arrived quickly. I was able to install it in about 15 minutes. As a bonus they provided the exact tool I needed to remove and replace screws. Only issue I have I had is the center front screw hole did not match perfectly. I docked one star due to extra work to fix that issue. I would buy it again though.

This is a great replacement for my Yoga laptop (verify your model before buying). It also comes with some tools for installation, but I can't recommend their tool set quality. I used one of their torx drivers and it stripped so I used a better quality tool set I already owned to complete the installation. If you're buying this, you probably already have your own tool set anyway.Pros:+ Exact fit+ Great performanceCons:- Included tool set quality is poor

I saw that my laptops battery performance was super low at first I thought I was going to buy a new laptop computer but then the thought pops into my head why not just replace the battery. I looked on Amazon and saw the same battery type that the laptop uses bought it, and replaced the battery. Because of the laptops design it was super easy just unscrew the back unplug the old one plug in the new one and screw the back of the laptop back on and we're good to go!! Now I don't have to buy a new laptop computer for another 4 years but hey the one I have right now still good so no need to worry!!

Wish I had not waited so long to replace my laptop battery. It's holding a great charge.Like others wrote, I got all but 1 screw aligned and am comfortable with that.Update- it’s been 7 months and it’s failing.
