I’ve been using this B liquid vitamin for a while now, and I can definitely feel the difference! It provides a great energy boost without any jitters, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my focus and overall well-being.The liquid form is a huge plus—it absorbs quickly and is much easier to take than pills. The taste is pleasant (or at least tolerable), and it mixes well with juice or water if you prefer.

Good overall
I wish it would've mentioned that it's got erythritol in it, because I wouldn't have gotten it; I'd have preferred stevia.

Always a YES!!
YES YES YES. I'm super picky about my supplements. I am a Vegan..in fact, mostly Raw Vegan. But even if I wasn't, I'd want a nice, clean, plant based supplement. I but these routinely!!! I can always tell when I haven't taken my B's and being a woman over 50... you gotta take B's. It helps you be, energetic, motivated, clear thinking....kinder to people :)

Dermatitis issues!
I'm usually very happy with the Vitamin B complex drops - but this time we decided to try the gummies because the teenager loathes the taste of the drops. Taste is odd, but not unusual for Vitamin B. The real problem is we have broken out in rashes - dermatitis behind the ears and on our chests. It has been two weeks since taking it and nothing else has changed in skincare/haircare/supplement routines. Derma said it is most definitely a side effect of too much Vitamin B - will attempt to take one every other day and see if the rashes go away.
