So I got these for my wife as she's a little accident prone and tends to burn herself on the oven racks. They are easy to get on and work well. I tested one well using the oven we had it set to 450º and I bumped my hand against it. It was still hot but it didn't burn me. The only issue my wife has is it's a little harder to to slide items in and out.

Not as big as I would like
Comes off shelves in oven if you aren’t careful. Mallee than I thought they would be and if the dish touch them they come off. Does keep you from getting burned which is why I bought them. They are doing what I bought them for.

Saves you from burns!
This keeps me from burning my hand or arm when I am taking something off the middle or lower oven rack. In the past I often bumped my arm or hand on the rack above because I am tall and our kitchen is small so I am pulling things up as I pull them out of the oven. This saves me from burns. It is long enough that it is all one piece and stays in place. (I had some before that were in shorter pieces and kept getting knocked off the edge of the rack.) This one has stayed put well for a long time.

Why did I not know about this sooner? It's perfect for saving your hands and arms from burning when you accidentally bump the rack. No, don't just grab this to pull out the rack - that might be pushing your luck a little too far. Great to have and would make a nice gift for friends

Handy addition to protect from hot oven components. GREAT for legally blind, as a cooking/safety aide.

Prevents Burns
I'm constantly burning myself on the oven racks. This product protects my hands from those hot racks. I recommend this product. I'm going to a wedding shower and I will put these in the gift bag!
