Kombat UK Long Hauler Unisex Outdoor Operators Grab Bag available in Black - One Size

My review after only 3 days. Kombat UK operators grab bag is made of really strong cordura-great plus. It can be black so there is no problem that dirt is visible-great plus. Cordura looks ok. It is not very thin. At the bottom there is sth like artificial leather. Ok, in case you put a bag on the wet chair or floor. But this artificial leather looks thin and like a not durable material. I think that it would be better to use there cordura instead of this artificial leather. You can lace, tie the bottom of the bag with a cord. If you put the bag on the wet floor you can easily dry the leather bottom with a paper towel. But the cord remains wet.The bag is like 40x30x20 so perfect, not like a ruksack you take for a month holiday-great plus. User is 175cm tall, robust and the size is still like an urban bag, not a suitcase. Capacity 25 litres is a surprise. It doesnt look like a big bag. You can take it to the cinema as an urban bag and to work. It is covered with a flap like an urban bag for young people and it is not pretentious, green with moro and visible compartments like pencil box for a 7year old school boy-great plus. The bag, even empty, is heavy.Under the front flap there are two removable front pouches that are fixed to the main bag by velcro. The velcro is big and efficient. You can put all your heavy stuff into the pouches and the bag is still a solid unit. User had used his bag for the whole day and didnt realise that pouches are removable. They are like glued-great plus.Front flap is closed with a plastic piece and a huge velcro. This plastic click looks durable. It will not last for ages but you can always replace it. I dont like the huge velcro here. If you open the bag in a shop or restaurant when you are searching for a wallet the sound is like thunder. You cant open it silently. On the other hand inside a bus nobody will steal a wallet from your bag. You can cover velcro with a velcro and as a result a front flap will be closed only with s plastic click. There is no additional velcro pad to cover velcro. You need to buy it.There is a huge compartment inside a bag and additional narrow one for laptop. This huge one is great for lunch box and Coca cola cans and mineral water. This compartment is a little bit fluffy inside so you can use additional velcro pouches. But be serious. It is difficult to clean. Crumbs, tobacco, cat fur are like glued. Who needs additional pouches inside? 3 out of 10 users. Who needs clean compartment? 7 out of 10 users.There is a net pocket at the back of the bag. It is not a problem that one can see what you have inside. When you have a bag on your shoulder it is close to your hip so this part is not so visible. The minus is that a net pocket has small holes,it is a net, as I said. Even if you spray a bag with waterproof spray for tents and clothes-it doesnt work on a net. It would be better with cordura here. Cordura lasts for years, It is durable, can be sprayed and is not transparentWhen you open a bag, there is a transparent pocket under the front flap made of pvc. Like for documents. I dont believe it will last for long but I might be wrong. If you want to make a durable pocket here, use cordura.I love the cordura handle fixed to the top of the bag. You can grab it not only with this long arm strap. Very useful.This is the best bag after wombat 1. Great urban bag. It is not a one sack, it has compartments. Looks durable but I am not sure about few parts. It is used since 24.06.2019.For now it is a great bag 9/ 10. I have been searching for weeks and I still believe it is a good choice. I believe that with different materials used (more cordura as it is stronger) it would be even 11/10.

Amazing bag. Perfect for day trips with my family but also doubles up as a work bag - plenty of room for laptop and associated materials. Test run today on a hike, very impressive. Considering buying a green one too for an alternative!
