Works for me
I've been using Myprotein Mega Green Tea Extract for a while now, for the antioxidant properties and as a metabolism booster. It's very difficult to quantify how effective something like this is because there is going to be no immediate noticeable effect. I've seen that a few studies have cast doubt on the benefits on taking green tea extract and the latest trend does seem to be to take
Matcha Green Tea Powder
instead. What I would say is that after a long period of taking this green tea extract, initially over a few months my waist shrunk by a couple of inches without me making any dietary changes or doing additional exercise. I think it is one of those things you need to try for yourself to see if it works for you, but I am happy with it. The antioxidant properties are worthwhile to hopefully reduce cell damage which could lead to disease, but again it is very hard to quantify what benefits this green tea extract provides, if any. I am happy to keep taking it as it certainly hasn't had any negative effect.I should note that the jar of green tea extract that I have received, and other ones from previous orders, have different nutritional values listed on the side than (at the time of writing) the photographs in the listing. Per serving, it states that there is:Green Tea Extract 450mgPolyphenols (min. 95%) 428mgCatechins (min. 65%) 293mgEGCG (min. 40%) 180mgCaffeine 32mgThe best before date was around 18 months after the date of delivery.

The bottle arrived fast. The tablets looked rather dusty but it didn't affect the taste. They were easy to swallow and I had no side effects from them. I chose myprotein as it was a name I knew (my bf Has ordered protein from them for years)and you have to be careful with supplements. As for if the tea extract helped my body in any way is inconclusive...I'm going to continue to take them until I run out

Take 2 with a meal. It has ~ 65g caffeine in two tablets, but the main effects come from its other ingredients which promote lipolysis (fat burn). You will feel the effects of enhanced sharpness and energy uplift. Take at least 1 hour (preferably 2h) before exercise .

Made up with mega green tea capsules,I go to the gym a lot ,I have more energy with there ,they have help I have taking them for a month now.,I feel a real difference.
