Set up is pretty easy. I use this for shade shelter at wineries or out door events where one needs some shade.Windy days can be a challenge but moving the support poles and tightening the lines does work.I'd give it 4 out of 5 for sure.

This item was definitely repackaged and had been previously used as evidenced by the sand not only on the items inside the enclosed bag but also the sand inside the bag as well as inside the shipping boxThe shipping box also had been partially openedI gave it three stars only because it did arrive with no damage or missing parts

Bought this product for the family trip to the beach for the Grandkids to have shade plenty of room light weight easy set up and take down I would definitely recommend getting this product also there customer service is spot on they stand by the product!!!

The tent is well made, pretty, and very effective. For once we could stay in the Florida sun for the whole day with six people sheltered. Here is the secret—-lay the tent flat and stretch the sand pouches out. THEN FILL THEM WITH AT LEAST 20 SCOOPS OF SAND. Stretch them so the tent itself is stretched a bit tight. Take the tent poles and raise the tent FIRST ON THE SIDE FACING THE WIND. The piles should be fairly close to the edge of the tent. You want to avoid a lot of fabric over the edge that could act a bit like a sail. Walk around the tent to tug the sandbags if necessary. Tweak the poles if they’re leaning, and enjoy. By the 3rd time, it took 15 minutes.

Using at OBX. Best sun shade ever!

I have not used it yet (it’s winter) but we did put it together in our family room and it was fantastic. It was pretty easy but of course we didn’t fill the pockets with sand. It was beautiful and the extra piece of fabric to put on the side when the sun changes direction is great. One of my bungee cords came frayed in one spot and I contacted the seller, sent him a picture and he sent me replacement bungees without having to return the entire Sunshade. Great customer service. Very happy with my purchase and with their customer service. I highly recommend this beautiful sunshade.

Great canopy once you figure out the trick to get it to stand up. Our "neighbors on the beach" seemed to appreciate the comedy act that was two senior citizens taking turns trying unsuccessfully to get the poles to stay up. The trick?: When you fill the bags put 15 shovel (included) scoops of sand into each one. (We started off with 7 scoops and our poles wouldn't stay up, hence: comedy act.) Once up, one admirer commented on our beach "Penthouse". We really enjoy our beach sunshade penthouse and the shade it provides us.We recommend.
