Does what it is supposed to do

Not as heavy guage as I thought so puppy can drag up tarpaulin, though sturdy enough to stop escape.Has good gate size but lock is badly designed and difficult to open and close if floor not even.One side meeds to be free to allow human access.

Excellent to contain my 12 week old lab. other wise he would nip everyone and chew the house to bits. Even when he jumps up the sides it is quite sturdy and he is now 16 weeks old. does need to be in a corner or ties to something to keep it in one place, but definitely one of the best, most useful purchases I have made.

The bars are not strong enough my 10 week old mastiff pup was able to bend a bar inwards which was very unsafe

Door doesn't close properly. A piece of the pen broke within a day.We were going to send it back before using but the customer service is non existent

Very large pen and easy to use however, could definitely do with an additional latch added (top and bottom ideally) we have a very determined puppy who realised he could squeeze his was through the gate as the latch is in the middle.

The thinking behind the pen is fine but the actual structure is not that safe. The action of putting up and taking down puts too much stress on the hinges and they are simply not adequate for the job. I am constantly checking and continually find that they have worked loose or fallen off. One time I found our puppy taking an interest in one which had fallen and could have been chewed or worse still, swallowed. Not really fit for purpose comes to mind, and although fairly reasonable in terms of expense, we are now buying a more study pen, which will be more expensive, but worth it for peace of mind.

Really useful and versatile product.Only slight down side is the clips that attach each segment can pop off if the panels accidentally bend back the wrong way, but this is only a minor issue and wouldn't put me off buying.
