What size is queen. Description says 90x95 in one place & 90x90 at another.

I bought the queen and king blankets. Both are 102 X 90 as indicated on the label. We paid more for the King and it does not fit adequately on a king bed. For a queen blanket this is a great blanket in every way.

Does it create a lot of static

I been using it and so far I don't have a problem with static. It only happen after I dryer it.

We are looking for very warm blankets to donate to a kids charity. Are these warm or more light weight?.

I was thinking about buying it as a bed cover to cover my bedding since the doggies sleep on the bed. Would that work? And is the color actual grey

Absolutely would work for the dogs. We actually bought two of these to cover our couch and loveseat as we have three dogs of our own that track in all kinds of mud this time of year. The color is a very light grey and almost appears as light blue at times. It has worked for us but if you are looking for a dark color to hide the dirt you might not be totally satisfied. Great blankets though.
