I already had a box but that only had 1GB Ram and operated on Android 6 (MarshMallow)My lesson learned was that any Android Device needs at least 2GB or more to operate smoothly hence my old TVBox was clunky just like the tablet we have in the house don't get me wrong, they work, but they are just not slickThe H96 Pro Android 7.1 TV Box is simply supercharged by comparison and the 3GB of Ram and faster processor makes the whole experience really niceThe box was operational in minutes of unboxing - all that I needed to do was to download my favourite AppsI'm that impressed with the H96 Pro Android 7.1 TV Box I've ordered another one for use on my office TV

Endless buffering on Kodi with this device.
The unit I received is a piece of crap. It comes with an old version of Kodi, 17.4 loaded with a lot of useless Adonis, which dont work any more.If you want Kodi you have to delete it and download a new version.This box looks cheap, finishing is average.The real problem is the endless buffering which after 5 hours trying to configure Kodi in tenths of different ways, with Ares wizard, even resetting it several times, could not be eliminated.Contacted the manufacturer which confirmed that some units are defective. I wonder how they know that mine belongs to that lot since it has no serial manufacturing number, no production date, no batch nr.He offered me to replace by a new one, but I have lost confidence on this product.Só, think twice.

Love the box it’s so powerful that the graphics on my TV is so smooth. This was recommended by a friend that is why I ordered one. Absolutely a bargain, but better buy an AIR mouse to make life easy. Only problem the stupid delivery man just left the item near my bin. But it’s not the fault of the seller....it’s Amazon delivery man.

I'm not saying this is a bad product but mine kept crashing then got stuck on the MBOX screen. I tried the factory reset via a small hole in the side but again it would not boot up past the MBOX screen. Amazon as always has been brilliant

Save your money
Only lasted few months, bought it February this year and by April the box just would not simply turn on, had to buy a power adapter replacement. The box kept re-booting itself. You would be better off getting the much cheaper alternatives such as amazon firestick, roku etc. Do not waste your money for 60+ plus quid machine that do not work period.

Not new by looks of it.
Just come back from work, unboxed my New tv box and it looks like its been used before as it hasnt had cover foil on shiny part... Few dents there. Payed nearly 70£ for this. Will tested later tonight. Not happy already guys.

Bought this box a few weeks ago and am pleased with it. This is the 5th box Ive had in the last 4 years and so far this is the best. Would recommend
