I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

Great value for money! I have had this for nearly two years and it works great. No complaints. It is very quiet and I have had no issues with powder blended. I mainly use for greens or collegen powders but have used with thicker protein mixes no problem.

Update: customer service replaced it with the original color. Very happy and would buy again. Works great but unfortunately the button got stuck and would not turn off unless I ripped the batteries out. It was under warranty so I came into contact with the company and they were receptive, but initially tried to get me to buy a more expensive version at a discount. Then they offered to replace it, but only with a white or silver model, when mine was metallic blue.

This is a nice little frother, but it’s not built to last very long. Within a couple of weeks, the blade fell out of the main body. I put it back in with Superglue but it never worked the same. After a week or so, the blade came out again and I just held it in place with my finger nail. Finally, the plastic housing for the blade broke apart and it won’t spin, even though the motor is spinning like a mad machine😝. It’s not a bad little frother but make sure to take real good care of it. Even so, for the price it’s worth it, but plan on buying one that will last much longer. Btw, we used it a lot, perhaps too much. We drink lots of coffee with MCT and make healthy drinks. Maybe if you use it sparingly it’s worth it. ***This is an honest review of this product, but I want to give a follow up review. The makers of this product contacted me and wanted to make things right without asking for anything in return. They didn’t ask for a new review or a change to the original one. They absolutely made everything right for me as a customer. I’ve waited a couple weeks to add this addendum so I could test the product again. It has performed wonderfully! I would like to say that this company is excellent in customer support. They gave me another opportunity to try this unit and I am very happy with it. I have given them an extra star for just this reason. If you’re looking for a frother WITH excellent customer support, this is the one. They back their item up with no questions asked. Please support this business. It’s not very often in this day and age that you do business with people like this. the frother worked well but my device stopped working after a month, and after some back and forth with the company they honored the lifetime warranty. shoutout to joseph and zulay kitchen for the replacement!

I have been using this milk frother and i really like it . It is very powerful and creates smooth , creamy foam in just seconds . It works great cofee lattes , and oher drinks . I also like that it is lightweight , easy to handle , and very simple to clean.

A long time ago, I was gifted a different milk frother, which looks nearly identical to the Zulay one. It worked okay (good enough, not great), and I didn't think that any other frother of this style would work any better than mine. I was so wrong! I bought the Zulay because it was rated well on Wirecutter, so I thought I would give it a try. It gives me exactly the head of froth I've been craving. I love drinking a 24 ounce mug of heated 1% milk for breakfast (with a heaping tablespoon of Cafe Bustelo instant espresso). I now use the frother repeatedly as I'm drinking the milk, spooning off and enjoying the head of thick foam. then frothing the milk again. It's very easy to clean, and I like the holder that it sits in. By the way, it only requires TWO AA batteries, but Zulay supplied me with 4 batteries, which was generous.) I will certainly watch for other Zulay products in the future! Thank you, Zulay!
