These won't prevent you from being distracted
I bought these thiking that I'd be able to wear them and not be able to heard the background noise of my girlfriend watching the tv. Whilst they do allow me to concentrate on studying and reduce noise, I can still hear the tv in the background, and I have to actively be listening to something in order for them to work at all - I can't just cancel out the background noise without foreground noise. Also, the small size of the headphones means that they don't fit over the whole ear, so after more than about an hour of wearing them they start to get uncomfortable from pressing against my ears. Having said this, the sound quality is pretty good, and the difference between the active mode and passive mode is really noticeable - as soon as I turn them to active the bass response improves and it's as if I can hear all the fine details that I couldn't hear in passive mode. They're pretty good value for money too, and they feel quite well made.

I am very pleased with my headphones just what I need for my Holiday and they fold up with ease.

No reason to use it, even if you don't have anything else
I never suspected that headphones could be uncomfortable... but this one is unwearable. There is absolutely no noise reduction. Quite the opposite: when you wear it, people near you can hear clearly what you're hearing. Even the sound quality is disappointing. Not sure why these headphones even exist.

Pleasantly pleased with the sound quality and comfort of these headphones. They are a good replacement for an old set used for KORG keyboard. Cable inserts securely into keyboard, cord is sufficiently long as to not interfere with instrument use. Noise cancelling is mediocre but that was not an important criteria for me. I needed a comfortable set of wired headphones not a professional grade product. This fit the bill.
