Rice flour
I’m a returning customer. I use this flour when I’m making my sourdough bread. It’s excellent quality and great value. The service is excellent too and it was delivered on the expected date. Would definitely recommend and will return again in future.

Very good quality rice flour with a fragrance
I bought it to make steamed Pitha (पीठा), typical Indian dish. Quality of rice flour is way more than mine expectations. I am definitely going to recommend this to my friend circle.

Split packet when arrived
Nice big packet, the box was in tact when arrived but unfortunately when I opened the box I found that the rice flour packet had a split on the top of the packet. This meant during delivery some of the flour had spilt out onto the box. It's now been bagged up and clipped to prevent more getting out and the spilt bits have been put back.

Wonderful.
It is wonderful. Cakes and biscuits come out so light. For the first time ever I have made Tiger bread using it as the topping and it's amazing. The only problem was that the bag had split inside the packaging and it was a bit of a mess, so I hope when I order it in the future the packaging is a little more robust.

Use this on your dough
Once my loaf is ready for proofing in the fridge, I sprinkle this stuff on it to stop it sticking. The rice flour doesn't absorb moisture like wheat flour.
