No complaints. Easy enough to assemble (so I'm told!) and gives out good heat. The cover is great but be careful to remove it on a windy day. The wind catches it and lifts it up. In recent wind ours blew over because of this and now has a debt in the canopy but that was our fault.It is very tall, so when your sitting down it can take a while for the heat to reach you but it gets hotter.We got ours at a reasonable price just before spring started and I see prices have risen. I would not pay more than 130 for this.

Built up the heater without any problems, just take your time and ease off (don’t tear) the blue plastic wrap on heat shield.After a week the igniter unit failed, so contacted KMS explaining the problem. New burner unit sent out to me within a few days, with a full apology. Unit fitted and heater working perfectly. Fantastic after service, and great patio heater.FYI - I changed the regulator for a butane one and still get great heat from unit.

Bought this last year and is a great looking piece if kit . Easy to assmble and just what I wanted.the cover has stood the test of this winter.. great product..jas even survived storm Eunice

The heater took awhile to assemble but not difficult. Looks good and heat nice.

Absolutely brilliant heater especially for the price. The metallic finish is practical and looks great, it certainly gives the impression of durability. I was surprised to find how easy it is to light and continue to burn even on windy days. The sellers are extremely helpful, I had a slight glitch with the heater possibly caused during delivery but the sellers responded to my email immediately and rectified the problem in record time, great people to deal with.

I ordered this patio heater and paid for it. Next day the seller cancelled it and refunded the money. But it still showed as arriving, so I was uncertain as to whether it would arrive at some point and I would have to pay again or not. So in a sense all is fine. Except that upon cancellation I bought another heater on Ebay which I could not get to work so have been battling with Ebay to get a resolution which I think I have now achieved. Maybe I am not destined to have a patio heater this winter at all.

There are some good points and some bad points with regards to this item.The good points are it is sturdy and looks quality with its copper coloured base and mast it’s fairly easy to manoeuvre and the burner is of good quality. The heat from the burner is excellent once the burner has been running fo a while. Delivery was excellent with arrival within 3 days of order.The price I thought was above average so was expecting a quality item to be delivered.Now the issues with it.The nuts, bolts etc were in a sealed pack and numbered to correspond with each numbered stage of the instructions but they didn’t match up. The instruction booklet itself was poor with fuzzy dark pictures and poorly worded text. It had obviously been photocopied numerous times. I had to keep reverting to online instructions that I managed to google.The four screws that hold the burner to the mast were already in place on the burner so had to be removed before fixing to the mast.When each of the screw was removed they cross threaded so could not be used to fix the burner to the mast. (I notice other people have mentioned this issue on there reviews)In the end I used 4 bolts that were for the heat shield to fix the burner to the mast and had to purchase further bolts from a DIY store to replace the used bolts from the shield.The heat shield itself has a blue protective cover on it which is very difficult to remove as it is tucked under the rolled edges of the shield. I had to carefully remove with a Stanley knife.The burner is noisy when on full and sounds like a hot air balloon burner. When it’s on low it’s a lot quieter. I noticed that some of the questions around this item is around the noise level with some saying it just hisses when the gas comes through and some saying it’s noisy. Mine was noisy!If your thinking of buying this item then I would consider the size of your patio as this is an absolute beast.Finally I feel that I really didn’t get my value for money due to the issues I had with assembly. If I had no issues I would have said I got what I paid for.

The gun metal paint makes it look expensive. Easy to assemble and great you regulate how much heat you want.
