SoulCalibur (Dreamcast)

Item was as if brand spanking new - clearly refurbished, re-sealed, it's clear effort was put in. 10/10 would buy from again, thank you very much.

Having played both Soul calibur 2 and 3 i was glad to see that the first is not lacking in any of the parts that make the newer soul caliburs such cool games, great graphics, hours of gameplay, the amount of moves and characters available not to mention the different modes of gameplay and my favourite characters in it from the beginning.In my opinion the world of beat-em-ups really needs more like this, then how could anybody be bored, because i certainly will never get bored of Soul Calibur.

Excellent game, even more so when I discovered there is an option to increase the age of the players which in the female characters results in enhanced more bouncy anatomical aspects lol.

Hard video game fact - there are only two beat-em-up's that count for anything, "Street Fighter" and "Virtua Fighter". Well, 6 years ago that statement would have been perfectly true. But Capcom and SEGA finally got a fighting game to give them a run for thier money, thier challenger was Namco and there are many that will tell you the release of "SoulCalibur" signaled the end of previously mentioned titles reign on top of the beat-em-ep heap. I'm one of the many. "SoulCalibur", is, in a word, awesome. In every possible aspect the game excels and leaves it's rivals standing in the dust. Although about 6 years old now, the visuals in this game still hold thier own and remain solid - if not as stunning as they were in the games hey day. But to play, this game continues to stand head and shoulders above any of it's rivals. With a huge selection of combo's and moves to master, this title has a huge lifespan. But the true beauty of this game is that anyone can pick it up and enjoy it, no matter what thier previous experience may be. It takes 5 minutes to learn, but a lifetime to master. The game also has a HUGE Mission Battle mode, which, with success, will reward you with a whole library of unlockable content - amazing. "SoulCalibur" is perfect in every area - I can't think of any flaws and this makes the game a one-off for me. A perfect 10 out of 10 if ever there was one.

I'll admit it - straight up - I didn't like beat 'em ups . I didn't understand the whole combination button thing , couldn't work out which button did which , and all in all thought the games were pointless as single player affairs . Then Soul Caliber came along and changed my mind . There was an easily accessible menu to work out how to perform combinations , the story mode was interesting and varied , with different scenarios producing different targets , and the animations and charaters themselves were excellently brought to life . It took me a while to finish it , but it was well worth it .

Originaly, I was looking for a fighting game which had excitement, amazing graphics and plenty of moves to learn and master. If you are looking for the same thing, you aren't gonna go wrong here. Soulcaliber is one of the best games I have ever played on the Dreamcast (which probably isn't too hard). It combines the classic beat'em up style game with an ancient theme and with weapons e.g. swords, axes, staffs, daggers, and nunchucks. that's something I've never seen in a game before. Some of the moves are quite difficult to pull off and the last few battles can be fustratingly difficult, but other than that, there really is nothing wrong with the game. There are plenty of modes to chose from including story, team battle, time attack, survival, extra survival, 2 player versus and training. There are also loads of characters to battle it out with. overall, SoulCaliber is a very good game with a long lifespan and lots of options. One thing really confused me was why it has a 15 certificate. There isn't even a drop of blood. Oh well, Enjoy.

More damaged than it was was described

Comprato venduto da NeoAyato e spedito da Amazon per 45 euro, tutto perfetto, arrivato senza danni e nuovo/sigillato di fabbrica con la striscietta trasparente di sicurezza, perfetto per chi come me colleziona anche videogiochi sigillati, peccato per lo sticker dietro, vabbè, poco male.

Selbst nach 23 Jahren sieht Soul Calibur auf der Dreamcast immer noch hervorragend aus

Juego versión PAL (Incluye idioma español), totalmente nuevo y precintado, vino con una pequeña grieta pese a estar precintado, pero nada grave.

Meine Bestellung kam innerhalb eines Tages an, was mehr als in Ordnung geht. Ich hab lange gehadert ob ich jetzt Geld für das Spiel ausgebe oder nicht - im schlussendlichen Teil hat dann die Nostalgie und die Erinnerung an schöne Tage gewonnen.Was aber nicht geht, und ich denke es liegt an der generellen Verpackung in die man die Spiele und DVD's/Bluray's steckt, sind die beiden Risse in der Hülle auf der Rückseite!Die Hülle war vollkommen eingepackt, neuwertig und ungeöffnet, aber die Risse in dem Cover müssen leider vom Transport her kommen, bzw vom verpacken.Ich hoffe das solche Dinge demnächst etwas sorgfältiger angefertigt werden, und andere Kunden sowas nicht auch erhalten?!Dennoch, 4/5 Sternen, da ich dieses Werk wieder in meinen Händen halten, und der Konsole laufen lassen kann.
