Exactly as pictured
Looks nice, no need to unscrew top bit off to put kitchen roll on like our last one! The pole did seem like it had loosened the other day so I just turned it so it tightened back up again. Bit annoying considering the price, but it's still in use and looks good. It's a cream colour, not white (in case you think it'll go with other white accessories) I've also got the matching mug stand and sugar, tea, coffee and they do all look good together.

Missing Part
Arrived with the top missing.They issued a refund straight away so can't complain, I have orderd alot off Amazon recently and this is the only product that was faulty, overall I am not too disappointed.

Unstable
Centre shaft of paper towel holder wobbled and couldn’t be tightened, so item returned for refund. Might just have been unlucky as looked a reasonable quality otherwise, but declined replacement.
