Don’t spend big money on the “Gym Advertised “ pre- workout. This has a mild energy boost and is just like nitric oxide sups but way cheaper. I actually think it works better. And it’s supposed to be good for blood flow all around.Not an amazing taste. Some might find it downright gross. Mix it with about 4 to 6 oz of water and just shoot it down. Drink water after it. Makes it quick and painless

This stuff is amazing. Gives me a good push in the gym and tastes very good. I recommend anybody who is trying to take a safe pre workout drink.

Yes indeed freeze dried keeps. It is very popular with my bird and myself. I wish I had thought of it sooner

I’ve been using pre workout for years can’t get through workout without it. But have to say this is worst tasting product ever. I’ve probably used 30 diff pre workout outs and never had one as rough as this. I was really looking forward to switching to one with beet powder combined but have to choke it down. Sorry but unless you have completely lost your taste buds I’d pass on this one.

Magic elixir. This stuff provides energy, I'm a middle aged endurance gravel cyclist/racer. It gives me energy I can feel. Sometimes for hours. I just cant stop pedaling and happy. Just spinning and grinning. The most impressive thing to me is that of I'm sore, I'll drink this. It helps reduce post workout soreness and fatigue. It doesn't take long to feel the relief. Usually within minutes. Force Factor doesn't say anything about this, but Holy cow it's true.

My husband loves this! He drinks it all throughout the day!
