These are fantastic for my over pronation and pancake-flat feet. My arches have been collapsing since I was a kid and my feet are so flat I have callouses on my toes where my foot rolls into the inside edge, instead of out. I’m a size 4 / eu 37 and they fit inside my trainers no problem. I wore them two hours a day for a few days, got one tiny callous on my sole but that’s to be expected. Almost no pain or discomfort and we are talking a serious arch support system here - you really have to change your gait to walk comfortably in these. So I was impressed. Yesterday I took the step of putting them in my workout trainers and all I can say is wow. I have never used orthotics before so some of the wow is just general wow that an insole can be so effective but seriously from the stepper to the running machine to the floor work, I felt much more stable, my knees didn’t hurt, it was just easier to work out. These are awesome. Simply awesome. I am going to buy a pair for every pair of shoes I own.

I’ve got very flat feet, so I was expecting these insoles to feel a bit off, but they actually fit naturally in my shoes. After using them for a while, I can notice a significant improvement in my posture and less strain on my muscles. They’ve definitely been a good support for me.The only downside is that they can be quite noisy, making a squeaky sound with every step. This is especially noticeable at work, where I’m often on a quiet corporate floor. So, if you’re planning to use these indoors or need to walk quietly (like when sneaking out of a meeting, if you know what I mean), they might not be the best choice. Otherwise, they’re a solid pick for comfort and support!

Surprised how comfortable they feel, and they fit my boots and trainers, and really comfortable it's always difficult to find the correct insoles for my size feet.

the sole is thick and crushes your toes against the top of your shoe. i cannot use these in boots, trainers, hi tops or sandles.

I walk a couple of hours a day with my dog in the countryside. I've always suffered with pain in my arches and flat feet.Orthotic insoles have literally changed my life ! They have helped with knee ,heel and ankle pain . I've been buying insoles for a good number of years now but have always purchased in store.My old insoles were damaged by a stone so I needed replacements quickly .I chose these because Prime could deliver next day and I saw a great video review by someone who walks even further thanI do !These insoles are excellent . They are cheaper than the ones I had been purchasing ,provide brilliant support and were true to size . I boughtThey felt a bit hard and bulky to start but 10mins into my walk they'd settled down .I highly recommend these insoles and will purchase additional pairs for trainers .

It will take same time to see the benefits.

Ammortizzano bene, sono morbide.e comode anche se hanno effetto "rialzino" al tallone, ma ci si abitua in fretta. Danno un buon supporto come antipronazione ma niente di eccezionale.

Bruit de grincement assez pénible quand je marche avec et pourtant je pèse pas bien lourd avec mes 68 kg tout mouillé. Donc pas assez rigide à mon avis et incomparable avec une vraie paire d'orthèses de chez le podologue.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, sie sind von der Qualität genauso gut wie die vom Orthopäden. Sehr haltbar, habe sie auch schon ohne Probleme im Schonwaschgang gewaschen.
