Ryobi A9FS8R1 8-Piece X-Wing Forstner Bit Set for Woodworking

Having purchased various Ryobi power toold I needed some attatchments, especially these bit sets..have used on many occassions and pleased with result..no issues what so ever and holes are perfect..

Has a well engineered plastic case with well protected oiled cutters. Needed a set of imperial bits to fit imperial dowels so needed accuracy. The finish is OK but I removed the machined burrs with a needle file before use. Not the absolute cheapest set but by no means expensive. All the bits were accurate and cut easily bar the 1/2” and 5/8” which had a bit of smoking, I maybe need to spend a bit more time sharpening those two but the other six were really clean cutting with nice long shavings drilling in hard ash wood.So for a lower middle range product that gives a good set without breaking the bank and in the scarcer imperial sizes I’m pleased. Made in Vietnam, think it’s a Japanese tool company and this seller is in Illinois but the price is £45.96 in UK no extra taxes as Amazon fulfills the order which arrived in less than a day after I ordered!

This item is a great deal; high quality bits, well packaged, very tidy. Worked great it my cordless drill counter-sinking bolt heads in wood, and the drill press.

I liked the fact that the item was wrapped well and arrived without any damage to the wrapping. To many times items arrive from providers in crushed boxes or broken packages.
