Breville VTT687 High Gloss Toaster, 4 Slice, with Variable Browning and High Lift, White

I love using it, its very pretty so it goes nicely with the kitchen, its simple and quick. overall a very good kettle!

I bought this toaster to replace an old one.It looks very smart in my kitchen and look forward to using it

The high gloss finish and the boiling light on this kettle and the colour makes it really stand out in the kitchen and makes it look much more expensive than it actually is. The kettle is very quiet (quietest kettle I have had to date) when boiling and the time to boil is very good as well. Overall a really solid and good working kettle with a few drawbacks from what I can see:1) The pour rate could be a bit better2) The water measure is behind the handle so it hard to see3) The cup measurements I feel are a bit under than what they should be as you wouldn't fill 2 mugs going by the 2 cups water level so would recommend putting in 2.5 or 3 cups.4) If you pour at an angle/tip the kettle that is too low then some water will start to leak out from the lid

I am loving this Breville kettle! Having purchased more expensive brands previously, I have come to realise that expensive is not always best! Living in a hard water area, over time, the chrome on the exterior can change into a limescale mess! I chose this for the reduced amount of chrome in the design. The switch for the top is perfect so don't you have to take the lid on and off everytime you refill. A super looking kettle that functions lovely (nice little light whilst it boils).

Needed a new kettle and wanted one to match the colour of the kitchen cabinets. Came across this one and have been delighted with it. It’s very lightweight, which was an added bonus and boils very quickly and isn’t too noisy.

Really nice product. Shame the delivery man had the cheek to say he handed it to me when it was on the door step

The media could not be loaded.  I brought one of these at the end of November, the top of the lid, silver peice kept needing to be pushed back on until it clicked because a black line would appear at the front of it. Now when the kettle gets hot the silver bit at the top actually comes away and falls when pouring kettle. It can not be clicked back on again until the kettle is cool. I tried to speak to Breville but page won't send

Firstly, it’s not cream. It’s a beige or light mushroom colour, which is very attractive but it’s definitely not cream. Lovely high gloss finish with the matt chrome trims. The toaster has nice wide slots, however, I’m really disappointed with the kettle. It’s doesn’t fit at all well on the base - it’s very wobbly even when just sitting there doing nothing and shakes all over the place when it boils. Unless you pour slowly the spout makes a mess everywhere and the press button lid flaps all over the place when you are filling the kettle. There’s no weight in it and it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I have my doubts as to how long it will last. It’s a very pretty set but all in all, it’s poorly designed and doesn’t seem the best quality. I bought this for our caravan and if I hadn’t thrown the boxes away I’d be returning it for a refund. It’s an expensive set and there’s much better out there for the money.
