The chair was very comfortable and I actually was a big fan. I wanted to wait a while before posting a review, just to make sure that the chair would hold together well. I am well below the weight limit of the product, and the chair is falling apart after 5 months. The chair keeps automatically sliding down, unable to remain locked in at the height I want. That started probably 3-4 months of having the chair. That isn't a huge issue, but it is still a problem. I'm writing this review right now because the foot rest just snapped off. The plastic piece that held the footrest to the bottom of the chair broke into three pieces with no warning that it was having any issues. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the chair. After 5 months of having it, I should not be wanting a new chair.

Looks good and it is comfortable BUT the hydraulic stopped holding the chair at the position I set. It slowly drops me a little at a time until it is at the bottom. I like it high. More and more perturbed about how soon the hydraulic stopped working...came back and dropped my rating even more.I am adding to my review 8 months later because now the piston won't stay up with my DIY repair of the hydraulic. and fro what I read from the reviews, it will be difficult finding a replacement part. Disappointing. I guess this is why it is no longer available through Amazon.

This must be the best gaming chair for the price and best customer service in the industry. Christmas 2017 I received this as a gift and have loved every minute sitting in it. I weigh 230+ LB and am a bigger guy in general it also fits my shoulders, back and butt well. My friend also purchased this because of my recommendation and he loves his as well (he is a smaller guy at around 160 LB). Sadly my chair had a defect and I needed a part replaced. WENSIX sent me a new chair after I sent pictures of the broken part. Overall very happy with the chair and the service provided by WENSIX.

I purchased this chair for my husband for Christmas in 2017 and he loved it because he has always had issues with his back and needed something more comfortable for his back. Last week a little over a year of having it the welded piece broke. My husband is not obese by any means but weights about 190 and it is almost near impossible to get ahold of their customer service to just get a replacement part. Definatly makes me sad because it was a great chair not sure I would pay that price again if I have to replace it again in a year.

EDIT: 1 year into owning, the metal bracket under the chair started to tear. Buy something else.Worked quickly to fix an issue with a bolt missing from the initial package.Very good customer service. 1 message, and the issue was fixed.Great chair, comfortable and well designed.

Had same issue others have had. The weld at the bottom of the chair snapped while I was shifting myself forward in the chair.Sending me face first into my computer screen(monitor wasn’t damaged)i am not a larger person, 5’10” 205lbs. I have thrown out the base and now using just the chair as a “fancy lawn chair” and used the brackets that come with it as stability to keep it from flipping over backwards, when sitting in it. For this price, go another route.

The chair is comfy, seems sturdy, and does everything I'd want a gaming chair to do.The main issue is that it's a pain to put together. The directions are tiny to the point of being illegible, so you're more or less on your own. To complicate matters, the screws do not always line up with the holes and it takes some effort to to get past the fabric and insulation to screw them in.

It's comfy, I give credit to that, but with poor quality, like all others said, I should've checked reviews before I buy. After one and half year, the hydraulic stopped holding the chair at the position I set. It just keeps falling to the bottom. Also the handles are cracked after a year. THINK TWICE before you buy it.
