does this hat fit ladies?

Yes. I wear mine every run and it is easy adjusted.

Does this hat fit ladies?

Yes, I love this hat. It fits my head fine, never run without it.

Would this cap fit under a cycle helmet

This is an excellent cap. But it does have a stiff peak which may interfere with a cycle helmet. The beauty of this cap is that the stiff peak folds with three sections and fits in your pocket But is stiff on your head. Been wearing mine all summer very practical

Does the cap come with a bag to put it in once folded? Thank you

No, it just folds up on itself so that it is easy to stow away in a pocket, backpack, etc. Excellent service from the seller and I now have 2 of these in different colours, as true to their promise, I received a free cap on receipt of a review from me.
