Product description Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel 30g Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel helps relieve pain and reduce inflammation and swelling. Suitable for Adults and children 14 years and over. Age Restriction You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product. How to use Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Use an amount the size of a one penny or two penny piece and rub gently and apply 3 - 4 times daily to the affected area. Massage into the skin over the affected site. Wash hands after use (unless they are the site being treated) Adults and children aged 14 and over: Do not use for more than 7 days, unless longer treatment is recommended by a doctor If symptoms persist for longer than 7 days, consult your doctor. I have been us in Volterol for a few years and it works for me. I normally buy the 100 size but find 3 x 30 better value against a few pence more.
