I have two questions: 1.as anyone faced issue with Mic. Barely works 2. on pressing vol up/down button, it gets stuck with +/- to full or zero, why?

I feel you might just have a faulty product. My mic works great and my buttons don’t get stuck

With bose qc25's, plugging this into interface to computer or to iphone (with adapter), the + and - don't do anything. center works. any idea why?

I've never tried using it on the computer. I just use it with my mp3 players.
