These are wonderful . My grandmother used them and I have one which is past it’s sell by date. Didn’t think I’d be able to find them in this modern world, very happy excellent price . Woukd highly recommend.

Good quality
The plates are good quality, reasonably priced. Bought them for general use in the kitchen.

Great value.
I buy these as perfect size for home made pies. Size enough for 2 people. Tough and easy to clean.

Not ceramic, just enameled metal.
These are fairly lightweight pie dishes and not dinner plates. They do tend to clang a bit. They stand up to being heated in an electric oven and in a microwave. Once in use they are quite easy to clean. You wouldn;t use them as plates for a dinner party but they are perfectly adequate for single guys without pretension who just want something to warm up a TV dinner in the microwave! Or maybe for a camping holiday.Bad point: Two sticky labels attached to each plate surface with too much glue. The glue is *very* difficult to remove by soaking an scrubbing. In the end I had to use sticky stuff remover. To me, putting sticky labels on an eating surface seems daft. If you have to put unnecessary labels on plates, why not on the bottom surface? Or put each plate in a paper bag with the manufacturer advertising printed on the outer of the bag. Better yet, survey your sales figures and find out how much extra business the manufacturer gets as a result of advertising no-one will bother reading that prevents you hygienically using the plate until the customer has battled through the extended process of removing the sticky labels.

Silly Little Things
No way are these dinner plates - more like tea plates or at best, tart plates.I small not return them as they were correctly described as 8 inches in diameter, which I unfortunately missed, but anyone who uses these as dinner pearls will end u'p hungry.
