The best cream for severe diaper rash
When my son had the worst diaper rash heโs ever had, this cream made a huge difference. I noticed a real improvement very quickly, and ever since then, he has never had an irritation that severe again. In our case, I use it together with the Active Skin Repair spray, and that combination has worked incredibly well for us. I still keep this cream on hand at all times, and now I mainly use it for his overnight diaper, when I want a stronger, longer-lasting barrier. During the day I usually use a lighter cream, but when I want real protection and support for irritated skin, this is the one I trust most. What I like most is that it truly feels like a serious barrier cream. The texture is thick, it stays in place well, and it works fast when you really need it. I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective. For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around โjust in case.โ It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

Best diaper rash cream weโve ever used!
We tried several diaper rash creams before finding Triple Paste 3X Max, and nothing worked as quickly as this. My childโs rash started improving after the first application, and by the next day it was almost completely gone. The thick formula creates an excellent barrier that protects the skin from moisture and irritation without being overly messy. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts longer than expected. If your little one has stubborn diaper rash, this is absolutely worth the money. I wonโt use anything else from now on. Highly recommend! โญโญโญโญโญ

Eczema and Sensitive Skin approved
I already use the regular Triple Paste daily for my sonโs eczema sensitive skin, but I always make sure to keep the 3x Max Strength on hand for the tougher days. Even though he doesn't get bad rashes as often as he used to, when a little irritation does pop up, this stuff is a lifesaver. It is definitely a bit pricier, but it is worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives me. Itโs incredibly effective at clearing up rashes almost immediately in a day or two. I love that itโs thicker than the regular kind and stays exactly where I put it without being a nightmare to wipe off or staining everything in sight like other brands Iโve tried. If your little one has sensitive skin or gets the occasional bad flare-up, this is the "big guns" product you want. Highly recommend!

Hot and Humid in the Diper
Okay, I'm normally the organic, less is more kind of parent. However, my second child must have a deep crack and this summer heat doesn't help her air out one bit. I used a few other products that worked for my first kid no problem but not this one. I used this to clear up a really really bad diper rash that even needed all night to air out on my newborn. Everything cleared up and I switched back to regular diper cream. Rash came back and I tried other products to clear it up but nothing worked. I ordered more of this product and bam 90% gone over night with one use and some air that day for good measure. I'm very generous with product so it's not that I skimp and I'll be honest I don't jump up the second my kid pees but I'm mindful of not waiting long and I change the second I know there's poop. I have to say the regular diper cream of this brand just doesn't cut it for my little one. But this 3x is amazing. Where I live it's hot and humid outside and the AC inside makes it hard to get air time with little one in the summer. This is the only thing I've found that works to prevent AND heal. I hope as she grows I can scale down the intensity of diper cream but for now this is 100% my go to.
