It works just as I had wanted. Solid, easy to fit an adjusts temperature well. The spray / concentrated flow works very well. The only thing I don't like is the nozzle unit is plastic rather than metal. I wonder if nozzle will last or look good as long as the rest of the tap does.

this was a chance it purchase wasnt expecting much for the price but was really surprised at the ease of fitting and the tap itself, a bit plasticy on the dispense end but been fittwed a while with no problems or leaks good value for money and a nice looking pull out tap, would recommend whilst its below 30 quid once they put price up id go with the all metal ones for the same price

This item looks fantastic and works really well, it is really value for money. It makes such a difference when filling up the mop bucket.

Love it, looks good, two functions in the spout but the star rating is because when pulling the tap out it does not retract on its own so my dad added weights to it under the sink but most people wouldn't know how to do that.

I am NOT returning the product as i have fitted it although im anot happy  as this was not new. If you are going to try and sell a used item as new at least take the time to remove all parts and put them back in the box. Also drain the water out of the hose

Was very light and made of plastic. Would not have been durable for busy kitchen
