Can you guess the water level?
So the iron itself is good, no complaints there. It irons well, glides very easy, has just the right amount of steam and squirts too so I'm happy with that. On ease of ironing I'd say this is actually better than most I've bought, (number 7 in 6 years). The issue I have is that you can't see the water tank, at all. It has a max fill line but even when I hold the iron up to the light I can't see the amount of water in the tank. If i use the measuring cup that comes with it then it solves the problem, the point I'm making is purely personal, but I iron for quite a few hours at a time so I use a bottle so I'm not going back and forth. This is the first iron I've owned that I can't see the water line. But that's my only gripe.

Simple steam iron with ss soleplate.
One of the few 'smoothing irons' on the market with a stainless steel soleplate. An easy to use functional iron but we suspect that the markings on the push-buttons and the round temperature selector will soon wear off as it did on its predecessor; which depite this lasted well, is still working (but with some steaming issues) and stands as a back-up.

Disappointed
This is a nice looking, sleek medium weight iron with a good length of chord and stainless steel base. However the instruction manual consists of a series of diagrams which are difficult to interpret. The steel plate got ruined and is un-cleanable after the second time of use when I lightly applied the iron to press new curtains. Maybe the curtains had some chemical in them from the factory but the stain on the plate has damaged the plate permanently. Maybe because of the design, it does not seem to fit properly in the ironing board iron- stand

Great iron for a great price
Great little iron for a reasonable price. Light weight but irons very well. Unfortunately the blue body of the iron makes it very difficult to tell how much water is in it. A clear plastic would have been much better.

Good
Like this iron, replacement for Morphy Richards & I prefer the Tefal, only downside, can't see where the water fill is.
