Im 6ft and a size 10 in my legs. Not sure if I need a large?

'I think 'large' will be fine.   I'm 5'10'' size 10/12 - I need 33''inside leg in trousers and the 'large' fits me fine.   These stockings were a revelation to me - even in the hotter weather, my legs were comfortable all day.   I machine wash them time after time, and they come out like new.  I thought at first they were expensive, but I've had them for nearly a year and they show no signs of wear.   They can be awkward to get on and off in the foot area, I found wearing disposable surgical gloves helped a lot - made it easier to grip.   Don't worry about pulling on them hard, they have to be pulled!   And they stay up absolutely no problem ever.   Buy with confidence.

Hi, I want to wear these as a pair, I have swollen leg after an Op + DVT. Good leg fits Large. Swollen leg fits XL. What size should I buy?

I would suggest XL.  I wear these after a vein removal and they are fantastic, but I am 5'10 and 9st12lbs and wear 'large'.   They are quite tight round the ankles and lower legs and do a great job, but are not easy to get on until you are used to them - I wear disposable gloves to get a better grip.   They are wonderfully comfortable.   My op is a year ago, but from choice I wear these whenever I have to stand for any length of time or sit when travelling.   At other times, I wear the knee-length version.   They wash no problem in the machine and have not lost any othe their effectiveness after multiple washings.
