Very disappointing
So I had to replace my previous Remington curling wand after losing it on holiday. In spite of having had a curling wand for the last 5 years I'm really struggling with Remington Rose Pearl Ceramic Curling Wand. I have fine, past should length hair which curls easily. Unfortunately the shaft on these model is so slippy I can't get my hair to stay put evenly on it even with an appropriate product spray; as soon as I start winding my hair around it, it slips down the shaft making it impossible to wind all my hair around to achieve the curl effect expected and that I'm used to. On the plus side, they heat up very effectively and do curl well, with the curls holding exceptionally well.
