It's comfortable, good looking, great functions. But on delivery I noticed a small puncher in the leather on the back of one of the sections along with a scuff mark. I mentioned this to the delivery men, but nothing was said except I could wright that up on the delivery receipt. Which I did. The delivery men were polite and courteous, but they were not informed that they were to hook up the couch in its entirety. They said that's the white glove treatment. I said I paid for delivery and full set up. They did set it all up with no complaints which I appreciate.I contacted customer service for Amazon the next day about my situation and with no hesitation after I reported what I'm dealing with they offered me a credit that was suitable and fair. I thank you Amazon for your professional handling of this matter. I feel much safer now buying larger items knowing they will stand behind them.

We understand delivery times change but not by an entire day. I didn't hesitate to purchase this off amazon because you were able to schedule delivery. We picked 8am-11am which was changed by the company to 11am-3pm and states you will receive a txt 30 min prior to delivery. We did not receive our 30 min warning until 5:20pm and the couch still did not arrive UNTIL 7 pm for an originally 8am scheduled delivery. It was also my impression the couch was supposed to be brought inside, it was not. The workers realized it wouldn't fit and left it on the porch rather than opening the box and bringing in the pieces.The couch itself is comfortable and beautiful but i will hesitate to buy big ticket items from here on out.

I have ordered this twice and haven’t received a loveseat yet. I *think* this is an issue with the NSD carrier, but could be an issue where the couch is stored. A few days after ordering, the tracking seems odd - inconsistent locations noted all over the US - then a few more days later, I get an “undeliverable” or “lost” notification. I received the matching recliner chair and LOVE IT, but now worried I’ll never be able to get the other piece.

Product is fair. Deliveryman didn’t deliver as expected. I’ve reached out to Amazon and they’ve honoured it. I am glad with product a overall. Mechanical engine is still working after first month.
