Quit working first week. Returned it.

He loved it for tracking tracking activity during sports workouts.

Can't seem to be able to turn it on?? The package was good condition though

Updated review:I had noticed during a walk that my tracker stopped counting for awhile, so much so that when I compared it with my friend's tracker, I realized that the tracker dropped 2000 steps. Then it was doing weird things for the rest of the day, making up its own totals, not corresponding with the app. The next two days the tracker refused to pair with my phone. My phone's Bluetooth could see it, but the tracker was not pairing. After a lengthy email exchange with the company's customer service where none of their suggestions helped, I decided to let the tracker die. After it was completely dead, I recharged it. Then it paired again. But just a word to the wise, the customer service on this tracker's problems was not acceptable, as their suggestions did not yield success.And the company came out with actual buckled bands after they distributed this model. Of course, you have to buy them if you want to keep your tracker secure on your wrist.I will be looking for a new tracker in the future.

Well, it seems to show my steps, but I can't use it as the band keeps coming undone and falling off my wrist. Did anyone test this wristband? Do not buy this product. I have written to the company to return it. The retailer Sears, where I bought this product, went out of business. Do not waist your money. It is on sale for a reason.

Could not figure out how to charge it. Went to website but I never was able to get a charging icon to come up. Will be returning it to Target tomorrow.
