This is a great soak for sore muscles. It's also a great aroma therapy. The day after I soak I can tell a difference in muscle soreness/stiffness as apposed to not soaking. I would recommend!

Smells Great, Relaxing Too!
This product was recommended to me as a way to build up my magnesium levels before pregnancy (supposedly this helps ease morning sickness). I can't report on that front yet, but I will say that I have developed a renewed affinity for taking baths. These salts smell amazing and are so relaxing. The only downfall is that my skin loses moisture, but I remedy that easily by using some body butter post-bath.I will continue to purchase this inexpensive item!
