Best Customer Support . A sound quality unheard of Looks amazing. Built Quality Not so great but better that all plastic ones. Comfy. Good Connectivity. Currently Own Space One , q35 and q30. Q30 is better of all. Excellent sound quality I would compare them with my Sennheiser Momentum’s a degraded version would sound like. [I've edited this review after some time spent with the headphones]At first, being used to very neutral/transparent headphones, I got very shocked by the loudness of the low end on these. I'm still using an external software to adjust the equalization as the low end is too pronounced for my taste and seems overly present even for electronic music - I wish this feature was reduced in the future, or that an option to natively control it was given to the user.However, after two weeks of using, I noted several points that are very positive, which leads me to give a five-star review :- The headphones are really confortable and can be worn all day without fatigue.- The overall quality of sound (minus the bass being too present) is excellent for an item at this price (currently 7k).- The noise cancellation feature is quite weak in the treble, but works well with the mids and lows, and gives a lot of confort even without playing music when in noisy environments.- The battery life, and especially the fast charge, are great. It really behaves as advertised. For someone like me who struggles with charging his devices other than last minute, I'm over the moon with the ability to plug it for a few minutes and get a decent lifespan, enough to do a normal commute or fall asleep to music for example. That's really a gamechanger from other BT headphones I had before- The customer service is excellent and very reactive. I must say that for a product priced so competitively, I didn't not expect this quality of service.So all in all, after a second thought, I'm really recommending this product to anyone looking for a good price/quality headphones.

Good ANC but was expecting rich sound experience, but it delivers good.

It's been 8 months. What an amazing product! Amazing battery life. Sound quality is also good, you can play around with equlizer setting. Light weight, comfortable to wear all day long, but I worry about the cusions though, dont know how long they will last. Mic quality is fine too. I dont think there is any other headphone at this price point that rivals them.Regarding ANCDon't expect complete silence. It reduces surrounding sound, doesnt eliminate it. You would still be able to hear most things but with damped sound.If you are buying them solely for anc, then I think you can also look at the realme wireless 5 neckband. I bought it few weeks ago and the anc of that neckband is quite good and matches anc on q30.I also tried using them together and achieved pin drop silence. If you got money, buy them both for total silence. But yeah, you can save a lot by buying just the rwl5 neckband at the cost of sound quality and battery life.

I buy soundcore Anker Life Q30 Hybrid headphone on 6th November 2024 from Amazon and my headphone broke because of poor quality of your product and this is my first headphone from soundcore and I very disappointed and I add the picture of headphone and the bill…and can you service my headphone or refund it….LIKE THAT I MAIL THEM AND THEY REPLACE THE HEADPHONE AND RESPOND VERY POLITELY IN MAIL AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE COSTUMER SEVICE OF SOUND CORE…

Quality sound

When I bought them I was excited since the sound in them are supposedly very good. I agree, the sound is great. HOWEVER, after purchasing them, within a few days the plastic broke where the headset sits. Without that plastic working you can not use the headset. After gluing with superglue and using tejp to put it together it worked for another week and then the plastic broke on the other side of the headset. This means that it must be a production error with the plastics for this headset. After contacting customer service I was offered the older generation of their headsets Q20 who is not as advanced and I could keep the new headsets that I can not really use.
