I just had a total knee replacement. My surgeons office recommended this brand to me in lieu of the uncomfortable thigh high compression stockings they gave me in the hospital. They do run a bit large. I ordered Lg/xl. I don’t have really heavy calf’s but do have heavier thighs. I can get these on without unzipping using RMS Deluxe Sock Aid. (Kind of defeats the zipper) I do unzip when I take them off. I use the RMS Compression Stocking/ Sock Aid for Removing Socks to help me. I live alone and these have helped a lot. I didn’t exchange them for smaller size as my surgery leg is still swollen.

SOCKS ARE EASY TO PUT ON AND HAVE HELPED MY LEGS IN JUST A FEW DAYS.

These hose are an excellent value. I don’t know how they will hold up but certainly worth the money to try zipper compression hose.

These compression socks make my legs feel great. I ordered the black/nude 2 pair combo. I love the nude and will order 2 more pair. I ordered S/M based on my leg measurements.8. They fit fine but I think I will order the L next time for the area just below the knee.

The thing I dislike about these socks is that the zipper side "puckers" rather than staying in a smooth line. Hard to describe but my last pair (which cost more) stayed straight and smooth when zipped up. But they are comfortable enough and not too hot to wear, even to bed at night.

My cardiologist suggested compression socks to help with lower leg edema but, as I am disabled, I have not found any that I could manage to put on. Zippered socks sounded like the answer and open toed socks would not put additional pressure on my bunions. These Bropite Zipper Knee High Open Toe Compression Socks have the 15-20 mmhg medium compression my doctor recommended and I was able to get them on using my Sock Horse. The socks are a nice thickness and are surprisingly stretchy while offering good support. The only issue is that they are a little too long (I am 5'2") so I have been wearing them slightly unzipped and folded over at the top; as a result, the zipper does not lie as flat as it should so, by the end of the day, that unclosed zipper top begins to be a bit irritating. If you are 5'4" or taller, these should fit you perfectly and are well worth the affordable price for two pairs.

these socks are wonderful. They are easy to put on. You don't have to struggle with trying to expand them to get into them. Once on, you simply zip them up and they are in place. They are comfortable to wear and fit very snugly. I love them!!

Die hautfarbigen Struempfe sind ok. Die Qualitaet der schwarzen Struempfe laesst zu wuenschen uebrig. Es ziehen sich duenne Faedchen schon nach kurzer Zeit und der Reisverschluss laesst sich dann nicht mehr schliessen. Ich werde den Kundenservice kontaktieren und um einen Refund bitten.
