Effective and easy to take
These are great highโstrength capsules, and theyโve been easy to take consistently. I was previously very low in vitamin D, and since using these regularly Iโve felt much more confident about keeping on top of my intake, especially living in the UK, where the sky is more grey than blue most of the year. The added vitamin K is a bonus and makes the formulation feel well thoughtโout. Theyโre not the cheapest vitamins in our cupboard, but they feel like a solid, reliable option and they do the job for us.

Best buy wouldn't be with my capsules
I have . them on monthly order Wouldn't be with out them. I am an outdoor person but covered up with high factor spf not able to absorb naturally. I developed balance & nausea issues. Had a blood test tested low on Vit D3 K 2. Never had a problem since.
