Nature's Truth Liquid Collagen | Berry Flavor | 8 oz | Non-GMO and Gluten Free Supplement- I love this brand and bought this liquid collagen to hopefully help with hair and skin. It arrives safety sealed and 1+ yr out expiration so plenty of time to use. I tried to shake the bottle before using and the bottle top doesn’t allow for that and leaks down the sides. Have tried it multiple times and it’s a disaster. The taste I reminds me of cough syrup. Tastes ok enough to get it down but not to reaching for more. I put it in the fridge after opening, but haven’t been taking it daily since I forget it’s in there. I’m also taking a collagen power from a different brand, so it’s hard to say which one, or both, are helping but it’s been a slight improvement. It’s great this is gluten free and Non GMO.

Tastes pretty good, I took it straight but can also be diluted in water if you want to add some flavor to your water. Hair has been giving inches and skin is glowing after the full 30 days of taking this supplement. Will be repurchasing.
