The kit suggests using buffalo milk to make buffalo mozzarella - can you recommend where to buy this? I can’t find anywhere

Will this kit work with lactose-free milk please?

Hi, thanks for your note. Yes, we've been told by our customers that both the mozzarella and ricotta work with Lacto-free milk, though the texture of the mozzarella isn't quite the same! With lacto-free milk it turns out to be more of a cheese that you could grate onto a pizza.Hope that helps,Alison

Hello there. Thanks so much for your question. The only equipment you will need is a large pan and slotted spoon. Each batch (the Kit makes 10 batches) uses 4.5 litres of milk, and from that you'll make around 900g of cheese. Kind regards, Em

It contains enough ingredients to make 10 batches of cheese; with each batch weighing in at around 900g you get a lot of cheese, and you also have the fun of making it yourself!
