I bought this phone as a spare whilst my Samsung was being replaced, but have ended up using it for a couple of months now and am very happy. You need to know what you are buying when you look at this phone. It is not the latest and greatest Apple or Samsung phone, it is a Chinese handset designed for the everyday user and not a gadget person. This is a great phone at this price, and will suit the everyday users.The device is big and heavier than other makes, but I personally found this acceptable and now when I hold the Samsung it feels too light and plastic.I found the Android platform and phone processor works fast enough and every app i use runs perfectly. The screen is fine for everyday use, you can see a difference between a top end phone in the screen quality, but then again I am several hundred pound better off so I don't mind a slightly less sharp screen on my phone.The device came with a screen protector and cover- which is even better value and wasn't listed when I bought, so it was a really nice surprise.The battery is amazing, and even with heavy use it will last a long time... double a Samsung and about 4 times an apple phone battery life i found.The only thing I am not a fan of is the camera. I find the slight lag has resulted in a few blurry photos. You have to hold it still for 2 seconds, which I still find odd... but this is a small issue for me.This phone is great value, easy to use and perfect for the every day user who wants to save money compared to the big brands.If you think about it, Apple charge £1000 for a phone, Samsung £600 ... this is just over £120... With all that money you saved you could buy a laptop and a compact camera and still have change!This phone won't suit someone who wants to be "cool" with the latest phone.. but for 80% of phone users this is exactly what you need- save your money and give it a go.

The phone itself is great no problems. However the charging plug the prongs have broken off into the wall socket, meaning it (the socket) has had to be replaced.

Delivered on time and as expected. All good so far. Easy set up and phone just what I wanted. For the price, hard to beat.
