Something is wrong with it looks nice however but am going to return it. I feel it is defective

I took this to NYC on my vacation. I took a train there. This was perfect for being my carry-on and for walking through NYC to my motel. I love the handle it makes it so much more manageable.

I ordered this bag while on vacation because the airline destroyed mine during the flight. I returned it because it was too small for my needs at the time. It was a very nice bag but you need strong fingers to turn the cuff of fabric over the wheels. It arrived on time. It did not include packing bags. I could have got it cheaper from Biagi but felt Amazon's delivery would be more dependable.

Great idea, but it fails in most ways. It is not easy to push along the side of you; it is like pushing a wheel barrel; UNSTURDY: it tips forward, causing tripping and falling forward. The handle isn't nearly long enough for pulling behind; therefore, the case is positioned too close to your feet, again causing tripping. I think this is a lawsuit waiting to happen and I am returning it.Furthermore, shame on you for not including the bonus travel cube as advertised in the description.

I love the idea of this bag & I really wanted to like it. It's easy to unpack & repack, i was very suprised & happy. It's the first Biaggi I bought bc the new handle, which was too short for me, I'm 5'8. It just didn't work for me bc I travel a lot, one week a month for work & The weight inbalance & the rolling feature just wasn't a match. But it may work for others. I recommend giving it a try.The broken button wasn't a major deal bc it's still under warranty. I'm sure they would replace it, but I'm returning it, regardless.I'm glad this was on Amazon so I could try it, as I said, I really like the idea of it.

I was able to pack for an 8 day trip and not have to check bag

I cannot get the bottom part that holds the wheels to flip over per the instructions. The fabric is too tight and won’t stretch enough for the last corner to flip over so the top and bottom can zip. I have watched many videos looking for the trick and can’t find anything. May have to return.

The handle is not long enough so constantly hitting your legs and feet- even tripping me several times. The wheels were sub par so very difficult to guide. It needed more structure.
