Bright Light!
These work great, especially if you are using a HDMI cable & a component cable, off a single DIRECTV box. Some DTV systems won't let you!If you want to feed 2 HDMI TV's from one source, these work really good. I bought 3 of them and one did not work, but they sent me a new power cord quickly, so I'm back in business! Three DIRECTV boxes and each one supplies video & audio to 2 TV's. Put a piece of electrical tape over the LED blue lights, so you don't wake the neighbors or have planes landing in your driveway!

Worked well for a couple years before dying.
It worked well while it was working. It stopped working about 1 3/4 years after I purchased it. For the money, it did what I needed. I left it plugged in the entire time as I was using it to play netflix off my computer to my flatscrean TV. It served me well, wasn't too expensive so I have no hard feelings about it.

... the signal from my Mac to a monitor and SMART Board. Both ports worked
This splitter did not successfully split the signal from my Mac to a monitor and SMART Board. Both ports worked, and the signal to the monitor came through, but not the signal to the SMART board. I used a J-Tech splitter, like another teacher had, and the J-Tech splitter worked with no problems (same cables, outlet, etc.).

Two stars for this product
Could only get one monitor to work at a time. Used good quality cables. Tried many different configurations on several TVs and monitors. Did not work. Shipping and packaging was nicely executed however!Bought a more expensive device locally and no problems. Cannot Recommend.

Works fine with one hiccup.
I am writing the same review for the hdmi wire as I am for the hdmi splitter because "the issue" I am having could be either one. If I had to lay money down on which I thought was the cause of the issue I would go with the splitter. Just my gut feeling. Nevertheless, I have found an easy fix. The products mentioned work well together and have done so for a few days now. I did have a loss of audio (running off an HR24 model Directv DVR) that I could not correct by changing channels or powering off the DVR or RCA tv. I then simply powered the tv and receiver off a second time AND unplugged the hdmi wire from the tv for a few seconds. Once the wire was plugged into the tv, I powered both the tv and receiver on and now have sound.I would encourage anyone with easy access to their devices/wires to use these products. As is the case more often than not with technology, if is not perfect but it does (usually) get the job done.

It works well for me.
I have had this for 7 months now and it works fine for me. It comes out of the cable box then to two tv's. You can only watch the same channel on both tv's but thats what I wanted to use it for. The picture and sound are very good as I can't tell the difference before or after I put the spitter in. Overall I would recommend this to friends and family.

might work for you...
I really wanted this inexpensive splitter to work, and it almost did. I split HDMI video from a TiVo Premier to two TVs: a Sony 32 inch and a Panasonic 50 inch, and the signal looked good. but the Panasonic 50 inch had issues with the audio feed through the split HDMI. no matter how I switched connections, the larger, more sophisticated TV would not register audio through the splitter. perhaps the amplification from the splitter rendered the audio signal unacceptable - I can't say. for others, this splitter might work fine. (I received a prompt and full refund, upon returning the splitter.)

Works without any fuss
Using this to split cable box to two tv's. One over a 50 foot HDMI cable. Works just fine. LED's a really bright though. One impressive note is one TV is 1080 and the other is 720 and both are getting the 1080i signal from cable box. Again both sets are displaying the same program with no issues.

WORKING PERFECTLY-UPDATED
Fast delivery- Tested from Bell Fibe receiver, DVD player, PC. over quality 25 feet HDMI CABLE, cheap eBay 35 feet HDMI cable, to drive 2 HDMI TV different brands at 1080 : all test permutations worked well ( with single/both TV connected). Also the unit seems to get not too hot. Waiting to receive 50 feet USB cable for more test. Will post results.Update Dec 2016: unit stopped working in Aug. 2016 (became unstable) probably due to too much heat. FOUND A FIX: removed case and added heat sink on pcb side (used heat sink grease and mica insulation under a couple of round small (1" ) heat sinks ) Another solution may be the use a small fan to cool the hot component. I am not changing the rating because this is the only device that works out of 3 that I have tried. After the heat sink fix, the unit works perfectly

Good price - will run two screens simultaneously, which most splitters won't
This device will run two screens simultaneously, which is unusual. Both screens must be the same resolution but, other than that limitation, it works brilliantly. This is the second one of these devices which I've bought - the first unit failed after 3 years of continual use and I was very happy to be able to buy an identical replacement.

Great Value HDMI splitter for two displays.
Perfect Hub. This was bought for the sole purpose of outputting one laptop display output to both a 24" monitor and a 55" TV in the same room at the same time. This performs that job perfectly. It comes with the device itself and a power adapter.Pros:-You can connect any device to two different displays with this, be it a game console like an Xbox One/PS4, A desktop computer, laptop computer, DVD Player, Roku, Apple TV etc to two different displays without having to physically plug and unplug any cables each time you want to use the other.Cons:-It only supports a maximum of 1080p 60hz though, (This isn't really a con since it's stated) and 1080p 60hz is good enough for the vast majority of people, but if you have a 1440p or 4K computer monitor and a 1080p TV and you wish to use this device, it will only deliver the same maximum resolution of 1080p to both displays.-Finally, for this setup to work, you are going to need 3 HDMI Cables. 1) From your computer to this device. 2) From this device to your first display. 3) From this device to your second display. There are no HDMI cables included in the package and it isn't clearly stated that you will need 3 cables. This isn't a problem for most users including myself, but for tech novices who only have one or two HDMI cables, they might be surprised to find out they don't have all what they need to make this work upon arrival. It would have been better if the requirements were stated or better if 3 HDMI cables were included in the package. (This is just a suggestion rather than a problem with the device).Overall I'd give it a 5/5. It's a good buy. I hope this helped

No Dolby 5.1
No Dolby 5.1 when I use it, sound is fine without it, and also a have a HDMI over ethernet expander switch for one of my TV wich is in the basement, Video is fine without this splitter, but when I plug it in this spiltter my video dosen't work anymore, so not sure but this adapter seems to degrade the signal. I cannot use this adapter.

As described! Bit tricky at first
Got everything hooked up, but the picture would randomly go fuzzy on one tv. Found out the magnet in the unit caused it, so don’t attach it to any metal.Have it hooked to a Chromecast, and after the tv kept losing signal randomly it was discovered the TV was getting too many signals from the USB plug and HDMI+splitter. Changed the cables around and it’s great!
