What is the diameter of the axle? Is there a 6mm bushing included?

They only come with 8mm internal diameter. I wanted 6mm for my luggage. It’s a little big but works fine. Would need spacer or different axle if using on inline skates. Worked for my 6mm axle eagle creek luggage as wheel replacement

Are the bearings are made from Stainless Steel?
