Awesome brush. I bought one about 15 years ago and this one will now be a replacement.

The quality and durablity of this brush is truly unmatched. My mother purchased this brush from a hair salon back in 2000. Its been with us since then, has never broken, is cleanable and still works well. A 24 year old hair brush everyone!! I finally purchased a new one for myself. I will probably be buried with both of them! Thanks for such an incredible product!

This is my 3rd Cricket Visage brush. I got this originally because it was what my stylist used to style my hair. I have a natural slightly curvy hair and this brush definitely keeps my hair under control and keeps it from getting super frizzy like a straight comb might. But it's not to say that you can just use this by itself. After washing my hair and getting out of the shower, I pair this with a small amount of Bumble and Bumble Styling Creme worked through my hair. Then with the brush and a blow dryer, I work through the hair from side to side until I get the volume that I want. Then for the hold, I either use Kenra Texturizing Taffy or Kenra Volume Spray #25 . To clean this brush, I would highly recommend Olivia Garden Brush Cleaner . The brush bristles will accumulate hair goop between the bristles and hair towards the bottom of the brush. This tool is a lifesaver for cleaning the brush.

Been using these for years. I have 3 - one on my bathroom, one in my bedroom, and one in my suitcase. Very durable.

I have been using my round styling brush by the same company to brush my hair as well as style it. It was ok, but wanted another to use between shampooing so I could keep the styling brush fairly clean. Got this paddle brush and am very pleased. I have very long hair that I have not had trimmed in quite some time (pandemic blues plus I can't get a hairdresser to give me what I want - so tired of them talking about it being age-appropriate - I don't tell them hot pink is not a hair color or that the coils on each side of their heads look like ridiculous bear ears) so it gets frizzy on the ends. I needed to dampen my hair when I used the round brush just to allow it to untangle my hair. I don't need to do that with this brush. Untangles easily with minimal effort, and my hair is less frizzy than using the styling brush. I remove hair from my brushes after each use, and if there is any criticism it would be that this is more difficult. Otherwise I love the brush, and may get another to brush out my hair on shampoo days.

Oh my goodness what's not to dislike about this brush. I had its predecessor from the same company for 25 years before the handle broke. I didn't think the company would still be around as I'm a mechanic and have nothing to do with hair. So on a chance I did a search and Amazon had this brush. I hope I get another 25 years out of it.

My hair dresser had this brush on my last visit and I fell in love! It feels so good while brushing your hair and doesn't hurt too bad on the tangles. It's not as painless as a wet brush, but the bristles are sturdier which I like. I have extremely thick (but fine), medium length straight hair that has some waves underneath. I typically cannot get a brushto go through all my hair at once and usually have to section it just to brush it. I don't have to do that with this brush. It is also a great brush for blow-drying hair. My mom purchased this brush for my dad too (he has the opposite hair... Super fine, extremely thin and brittle-- and a super tender head). He loves this brush probably even more than I do. It really is a nice brush especially for one that won't break the bank!

It squeaks every time I press it to my scalp to brush through my hair. A little annoying, but it's a nice brush with a great relaxing feel as I brush, and my 7 yr old loves it too, though she does comment on the squeaking.
