Good, not Great
I wanted to put a few hundred hours on the chair before leaving a review. I have mixed feelings over the chair, but nothing so negative as to warrant returning it.This chair is an absolute NIGHTMARE to assemble. It's heavy, burdensome, and the "directions" are worse than IKEA directions. My chair suffered minor damage, be it from the factory, or the mail... I do not know. The mechanism for the recline feature is bent badly. I was able to work it open with a heavy duty screwdriver just enough to let me recline it to the position I wanted. That being said, I would have returned the chair for that fact, however after dighting this dragon, I was not about to admit defeat. Of note, the molding covers are unusable due to the bent mechanism. This is purely cosmetic, and honestly it does not bother me in any way.It is a tall chair, which I LOVE. I am 6'4" & 250 pounds. There is enough room for me, and my knees don't meet my chin. Which, is something that can be difficult to find in a chair when tall. Exceptional back support. The pillows were pointless in my opinion. But the pup loves to sleep with it, so it is getting put to good use. The bottom cushion is firm. If you want plush, this is not the chair for you. I personally prefer firm, especially when gaming. That said, it does encourage you to get off your butt and walk around a bit. Which is a good thing. This is a solid chair. Had it not been for the issues I had with the mechanism, honestly it would have been a 5 star rating. Aesthetically this chair is gorgeous. I have the gray/blue combo. The quality definitely fits the price. There is room for improvement, yet nothing that disqualifies it in my opinion. Have someone to help put it together, make sure you do not have small children around, as they may learn new words the spouse may not appreciate. It easily holds me and my 130 pound German Shepherd without issue. (He thinks he is a lap dog). So, room for improvement. Solid construction. Pain to put together. Tall. Firm. Good back support.

Dead after a year and a half
Alright listen folks, I'm a nerd. I play a lot of video games and do a lot of other stuff on my computer. I've used this chair a LOT. I purchased this chair at the end of November 2017, and now the seat is ripped and very uncomfortable. For the price of this chair, I would have expected it to last longer, even with heavy use. Everything else on the chair has held up fine and seems mechanically sound.Another negative aspect here is that the arms rests are insane levels of uncomfortable. This is the first chair I've had where my elbows actually hurt after sitting in it. I called their support line and asked if there's a way to remove the arm rests and replace them. They said they'd call me back but never did. I currently have some expensive puffy arm rests sitting on top of my super expensive gaming chair and it looks ghetto.TLDR version: Chair seems fine, but don't expect it to last very long and may God help your soul if you decide to use the armrests without extra padding.

Firm, Tall, Sturdy
Now I remember what it's like to have a tall chair (old one would sink when sat on). So much more comfy than my old one. The bolsters on the sites of the legs are a bit restraining but the chair will help your posture. Personally, I don't get the complaints on the pillows. I think they're perfect, but I'm 6'2" - ~320lbs. Not a lot of vertical travel...not for short folks. I'm pretty tall (long legs) and have a tall desk so this is great! Only real complaint is the padding is FIRM. Do not buy if you want a soft chair. No off-gassing smell and easy to assemble. HEAVY.

Big, Comfy Chair!
Bought for my son. He’s a big guy. A little over 6ft and almost 200lbs. This chair is perfect. He was really feeling the effects of sitting at his desk in a regular desk chair. Very sturdy and heavy. When the box arrived I thought I was going to pick it right up and bring it in.....HA! That baby was rolled in!It’s really a beautiful chair. Easy to put together also....that’s because I didn’t do it, my husband did!

It’s comfortable whether gaming or doing office work at the computer.
The chair was a Christmas gift for my husband. He is 6’4” and is 300lbs.+ he loves the chair. It’s good for his arthritis and is surdy and comfortable. Our boys put it together and were wishing it were their gaming chair.

Sporty
Chair is easy to assemble if you know what you're doing (around 30 minutes) but the covers on the side were a pain to install. Cushions are comfortable but hard which is nice knowing that it will support your weight (same goes for the head and lumbar pillow.
