I work long hours, and wanted to keep focused on tasks longer. A friend recommended nootropics and CereVerse in particular. And I'm so glad. Not only easy to take, no side effects, but the improvement of brain focus showed in only a few days. I take it in the morning -- early, I'm up around 5am -- and notice no mid-afternoon slump any longer. On days I've missed taking it, I notice a difference. I enjoy taking brain supplements because I feel like they give me a better edge while working from home. These haven’t done anything spectacular but I have felt like they do make a difference throughout the day and keep me alert and focused. If you are looking for an affordable option then these are a great choice.

So far I have noticed a big difference in my clarity during the day. Usually I am a night owl but waking up early has been super easy since testing out these vitamins.

My mornings begin between 4 and 5 am ... literally, roll out of bed, turn on my computer, and start tutoring kids around the world. My brain needs to be ON So I've been trying out some different brain boosters. I'm allergic to caffeine, so most boosters are out. This one says it is caffeine free, but does have a lot of niacin, which I am also allergic to. Type 2 plastic bottle with easy off lid. Tight tamper resistant plastic - which was challenging to open foam inner freshness seal. Little more than half full. I'll try this out in the morning, after I teach. Sometimes these products make me dizzy or cause headaches, which is not good for teaching.

I chose this formula with no caffeine, it has many of the ingredients that I look for in a productivity supplement. I take two early in the morning with a few other supplements and it's better for thinking, than coffee. Coffee is better for house work or active energy, but does nothing for me when it comes to real brain function or effective productive thought. This works well, and the product seems to be authentic. Not a jittery energy at all, and I definitely am slower to move to a motivated and productive state when I supplement with this or another similar product. I also find that most of the caffeine products can give me muscle tension, tension in my neck and migraines. This took time to notice, but now that I avoid caffeine in my supplements, I feel better. I would prefer to have these supplements free of caffeine, and allow people to take a simple caffeine supplement if desired. I feel the same way about vitamins in these types of supplements, like vitamin A, rather that would just be in a multivitamin and not in these focus blends. i'm sorry to say that this supplement has not made any difference for me. i have been taking the maximum dose for almost a month and i have the same degree of brain fog and fuzzy thinking as before. i have had to go back to a mid day coffee to fuel my brain. i am not saying that it won't work for others and maybe my brain is just too far gone.

2 pills a day, not bad better than 3 and they're medium size, these ingredients are pretty much similar to what you will find in most products like this one, I'm still skeptical on brain stuff until I go from current intelligence to being mcguyver or rocket scientist etc, but the vitamins are always good for brain and body especially if you lacking such in your diet, please always consult your doctor before trying any products if you have any current health concerns as it might not mix well for you.
