Does this lipstick stay on thoughout the day?

Does not last all day, but the consistency is so nice. Mix between a lipgloss and a lipstick. I love the color Rosewood and it is probably my first lipstick that I have used to the bottom and have re-bought 2x's now. The shine is amazing for a lipstick.

My lipstick came unsealed like i could just open it. is this normal when ordering from amazon? in a store it would be sealed.
