How long to fully charge?

Far too long ... like 6-12 Hours used im not sure but a damn long time longer than 6 Hours

will it connect to my samsung J6 plus?

I've connected it to a number of devices with Bluetooth, several Samsung among them - the oldest of which was an S3 Mini. So I'd say yes. It the phone has a headphone jack, this can be used also

Can I use 2 mobile phones in parallel with it? I want to have one streaming music and be able to receive or make calls from both without disconnecting

To my understanding, Soundcore 2 can only link to one mobile phone at a time.

Has anyone had any problems with sound dropping out intermittently? It seems to happen whenever I'm watching a youtube video that might have low sound

How old is your speaker? The early examples had a feature built in which dipped the sound when a sudden loud passage occurred, and this was designed to stop it blowing out. Unfortunately it can get a bit annoying. Does that sound like it might be what is happening?
